About

For many years, T-Bank was perceived mainly as a banking app, even though we actively developed other areas: travel, auto, shopping, mobile, and more.
To encourage clients to use multiple products, we developed the “Dopamine Banking” concept and launched “Spheres” - sections that group functionality and financial operations by life areas.
The Auto Sphere is one of these sections, bringing together key services for car owners: fines, insurance, maintenance services, and more.

Challenge

The auto service had existed in the app for a long time but remained hidden and failed to generate user interest. As part of the new concept, we decided to completely rethink it from scratch: bring all features together in one place, make the product simple and intuitive, and clearly highlight its value for users. At the same time, we aimed to increase engagement and encourage traffic to other banking products.

My Role

  • Acted as the lead for the project.

  • Helped the team shape the core product concept and visual style.

  • Defined key user flows and scenarios.

  • Collaborated with the business team and stakeholders to build a shared vision.

  • Oversaw implementation and ensured design consistency at every stage.

Results

As a result, we created a unified and user-friendly product for car owners within the app, which also became a foundation for other Spheres.
The new design made the section more visible and attractive, increased engagement, and simplified access to key services.
In the Auto Sphere, we laid the groundwork for integrating AI assistants to help select services, guide users through insurance options, and provide personalized recommendations.
All of this made interactions more personal, increased user trust, and opened opportunities for future scaling and new feature implementation.
