AI Assistants Universe is the first ecosystem of personal assistants in Russia, built using T-Bank’s proprietary Gen-T technology.
The assistants help users with everyday tasks — from managing finances to shopping and planning trips.
They adapt to user preferences, analyze behavior, and provide personalized recommendations, adding a “human” and friendly layer to the banking experience

Challenge

We needed to design each assistant individually, define entry points, interaction scenarios, and ensure that all elements remained consistent across the ecosystem. At the same time, each assistant had to have a unique character and visual identity, achieved through branding and contextual use. All of this had to be scalable and ready for future expansion of the assistant ecosystem.

My Role

Acted as the project lead, combining leadership with a hands-on approach.

• Participated in designing user flows, entry points, and visual elements.

• Set up design review processes and helped the team establish a unified approach.

• Controlled consistency and scalability across the design system.

• Served as a bridge between designers, managers, and engineers to ensure a cohesive final experience.

Results

We designed the entire ecosystem and are gradually rolling out the assistants to production.
Thanks to a scalable approach, we maintained a unified experience while meeting the needs of different business lines.
Together with an external team, we developed and aligned the visual identity, making each assistant feel unique and seamlessly integrated into the product.
Next steps include analyzing key use cases, training the models, and exploring new entry points within the product to enable even more seamless interactions.
